If you book a reservation with another company (a third-party supplier), you must also agree to their rules and privacy policy. Your dealings with these suppliers are your own risk. www.tripadventures.xyz is not responsible for anything those suppliers do wrong (like mistakes, broken promises, or negligence). We are not responsible for any personal injuries, death, property damage, or costs that happen because of them.

When you use our travel services, you must make sure you meet all rules to enter other countries. You must also ensure all your travel papers, like passports and visas, are correct and ready.

CHANGES AND ENDING THE AGREEMENT
We can change the website and these Rules at any time, without telling you. It is your job to know about these Rules. If you keep using the website and services, it means you accept any changes to these Rules, and the new changes replace all old versions. All changes apply to everyone unless we say otherwise. Also, we can end this agreement with you at any time by telling you in writing (like email) or without telling you at all.
This Agreement, along with the Privacy Policy and any other official notices from www.tripadventures.xyz, is the complete set of rules between you and www.tripadventures.xyz. This set of rules covers and controls how you use the website.
Any personal information you put on the Services will be used following our Privacy Policy. Please read our Privacy Policy. Our Privacy Policy follows the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation – a European rule).
You cannot give or transfer this Agreement and the rights it gives you to another person. However, www.tripadventures.xyz can give or transfer it to another company without any restrictions.

You agree that neither you nor www.tripadventures.xyz has the right to a jury trial or to be part of a class action lawsuit. Also, the arbitrator cannot combine claims from more than one person, unless you and www.tripadventures.xyz both agree in writing.

If we do not act when you or others break a rule, it does not mean we give up our right to act if you break the same or similar rules later. These rules show the entire agreement and understanding between us about the topics in them.
Terms and Conditions: By accepting our rules and booking policy, I confirm I have read this entire page. I am allowed to agree to these rules. I confirm I can use the credit card mentioned here and I agree to all parts of this credit card form. I confirm that all information I gave for this Contract is true and complete. I allow www.tripadventures.xyz to charge 30% of the Contract cost as a deposit to the credit card when I sign this Contract. I confirm I can legally use this credit card and I will not try to dispute the charges if they follow the payment rules.
www.tripadventures.xyz is a private company that helps you and/or your business book hotel rooms. www.tripadventures.xyz starts work for you right after you sign by arranging your bookings. Any remaining balance, including new costs from changes you make, will be charged 14 days before the check-in date, or when a separate written agreement is signed by www.tripadventures.xyz (whichever is first). If the balance is not paid after the deadline, your booking may be canceled and you will be charged cancellation fees. www.tripadventures.xyz will try its best to contact you before the payment deadline to save your bookings. authorize www.tripadventures.xyz to charge the credit card listed here as many times as needed to pay off any due balance. You confirm that www.tripadventures.xyz does not collect taxes to send to the government, except for taxes on the money we keep for our services (as noted below). The hotel suppliers’ invoice www.tripadventures.xyz (Companies for certain charges, including tax amounts. The hotel suppliers are responsible for remitting applicable taxes to the applicable
taxes paid in different areas. None of the www.tripadventures.xyz Companies work as a co-seller with the supplier (like the hotel) when we book your travel. The tax rules and the correct tax amount are very different in each place. The actual tax money that www.tripadventures.xyz Companies pay to the hotel may be different from the tax recovery charge amounts, based on the rates, …
tax rules, and so on, when our customer actually stays at the hotel. We keep service fees as extra payment for helping you with your travel booking. The service fees that the Company keeps for its services change based on the cost and type of hotel reservation.

Reservation Cancellation and Modification Policy: We will send you a confirmation of your booking (an invoice and itinerary) by email within 72 hours of signing this Contract. You must check these documents to make sure they are correct. You must report any mistakes, but only if www.tripadventures.xyz made the error when writing down the information you provided in this contract or in the Hotel Guest Name List, to:
www.tripadventures.xyz within 24 hours of getting it. If you do not report errors, the information is considered correct. You can ask for changes or partial cancellations after 24 hours. www.tripadventures.xyz will try its best to make these changes, but we cannot promise they will be possible or that they will keep the original price.
If you change or partly cancel a booking more than 14 days before check-in, there is no fee. If you change or partly cancel 14 days or closer to check-in, you must pay a fee equal to the cost of one night, plus any extra taxes/fees www.tripadventures.xyz has to pay because of the change.
If you cancel the whole booking, you pay a fee equal to 30% of your total Contract price. This fee pays www.tripadventures.xyz for the work we already did for you. www.tripadventures.xyz can choose to drop this fee and instead give you a travel credit for the same amount, valid for 180 days. If you book 9+ rooms, different cancellation rules may apply. All changes and cancellations must be sent in writing via email. No cancellations will be accepted seven calendar days or less before check-in, and www.tripadventures.xyz gives no credit or refund for no-shows or early check-outs.
We want you to be 100% happy, so we will work hard to find you the best hotel option for the best price. However, we do not promise that the rating of any hotel we suggest is correct. All our suggestions are based on our experience, the hotel’s location on the map, its services, and the price. We also suggest that you check the hotel yourself before you book it.
These Rules are controlled by the law of the State of Nevada and any disagreements will be solved in Clark County, Nevada, in the United States. You are not allowed to use our website in any place that does not accept all of the rules in these Terms, including this section.
We must follow existing laws and legal processes when performing these Rules. Nothing in these Rules stops us from following requests or requirements from law enforcement, the government, or legal groups about how you use our website, enter contests, or the information you give us.
If any part of these Rules is found to be not valid, illegal, or cannot be enforced, the other parts of the Rules will still be valid and usable. If we fail to enforce a rule now, or if we are late, it does not stop us from enforcing that same rule or any other rule in the future.
Any rights that are not clearly given here are kept by us.
